Take it slow, but keep at it. This is no different from skating, blading, whatever. It takes time to get good

Yeah, like for skating your not gonna be tony hawk in a day it takes practice.Like when your trying to ollie on a skateboard.

Before some noob says it, imma shut it down now:

My previous comment in no way states that soaping is a sport.

But it still takes time and skill to get good, like any sport

Unless you are competing skateboarding isn't a sport either. It's more an activity just like soaping. It's something a person choses to do because it's fun.

That is why you will never hear me bash against any of these activities. Skating, blading, BMX, wake, rollerskates, scooters, soaping, heelys. It's all up to the person and what they find fun.

Anyways, back to the topic.

Just keep on soaping and keep practicing. You will get better. And most importantly...have fun with it!!

jerimiah,
I like the way you think.

and you forgot to put freelining on the list lol

I agree. I used to be against heelys and then i saw some vids of kids doing some wicked moves (especially w/ a grind plate incorporated into the shoe- no wonder soaps aren't booming).
Oh, and don't forget about parkour. No skates involved, but it is awesome.
