What would the trick be if both of your feet are on the Sole plates facing the same direction?

That's called an X Grind. As with all Soap tricks it comes from inline, and when a skater is grinding on both sole plates (not negative plates), the shape the grind looks like from in front or behind is an X, hence X Grind. If you're grinding two different obstacles, however, that's called a Hybrid X Grind
