The front of Derek's shirt reads "Make 7". Together the two form the phrase "Make 7-Up Yours", which was an advertising campaign by 7-Up in the late 90s. There was a commercial with a bunch of dudes walking down a street while wearing the tees and talking to people about 7-Up.
