Hey. Ya know how I said I was going to NWMSU with my friend? Well, we kinda fell a few times. I ended up hitting my jaw, shin, inner thigh(that scared me...), and left arm, plus, I scraped up my right hand and elbow. Luckily, the only thing that hurts still is my left arm. Anyway, my friend fell once right after some people asked if I was okay. We think he jammed his wrist. Then, he fell again on this really short rail that we had done lots of times. One leg on each side of the rail. Some people thought he racked himself and gasped and stuff, but then he stepped off the rail and said that he landed on his butt instead. Well, he ripped a hole in his pants and boxers and he just came out of the bathroom a second ago and said there was a little blood...We're kinda paranoid now, and it frickin' sucks! If somebody has some kinda great way to help us stop being paranoid, that'd be the coolest. I'm sure we'll get some interesting responses to this...

broox adds: Whoa! sounds like you guys had a good day! Actually the best way to build yourself back up is to start small. I usually try to slide a lot of ledges, then hand up to handrails, and then go all out... Just stick with small stuff for a little while, eventually that stuff will seem too easy and then you'll go back to your handrails. Hope that helps a bit...
