Look out London! A bunch of Free Runners from France, stars of Yamakasi (a film about a group of "Parkouristes" led by David Belle the assumed creator of the sport), are coming to London to do their thing, the urban sport of "Le Parkour", or obstacle-coursing. Their antics will be shown on Channel 4 on Tuesday 9 Sep at 10.00PM. If you don't already know what Free Running involves, its very similar to old school Free Style Walking, except taken to the extreme. Moves include jumping across the rooftops of huge tower blocks, handstands on balconys of towerblocks and just running around like a madman doing insane stuff. Check it out..
