$500 REWARD FOR HEELYS PICTURES DATED 1999 OR EARLIER

I will pay a $500 reward to anybody providing me with a story, picture, press release or something similar showing a shoe with a wheel in the heel and which is dated earlier than May 1st 1999. I'm from Europe and have problems to access US sources so maybe somebody can help me?

Sorry, I really don't mean to be shitty with you, but you are kind of at the wrong place to ask about that stuff.

just to be nice, I will tell this much and that will be it.

Before heelys came out, there was a shoe with wheels in it. They were sketchers. In the commercials, they shown how easy it was to take them out compared to how you set up your razor ( and obviously made the razor seem more difficult).

I don't know where to find that advertisement though, and I think I have gone far enough. I was only being nice, and I don't know how to spell the damn name of the shoes lol.

they did have bbks, and they grind great as hell on concrete with only a little wax, my express dont do that, and i dont like my express anymore, the bbks are god compared to express, and like i said shadow, they are protos and tear off easily even with shoe goo, and i guess theyre only for display

i think that uhf's, should just be called original, UHF is the brand company thingy, and the uhf plates(all of them i mean) are better than the HSL plates, theyre wimpy

HSL's is just simple nylon that only is good on rails, but UHFs are made to the best, they last long and u can grind the whole world basically and that's wat soaps are all about, and with hsl plates, u'll look like an idiot tryin to grind shit u cant in front of people, as long as it says UHF on the plate, it's awsome

Yea i DO know that. But noone here refers to any of the replaceable plates as UHF. Noone goes around asking "Where do i get some UHF Slobros?" Or "Do you think UHF BBKs are good?" and even "I think my UHF BBKs are the best plate ever!"

everyone here refers to UHF as the oLd sKoOl plate.

Antho, the only reason i dont like the express alot, is beacause of the bigger lock- on, and bbk's have so much space to grind that i dont have to worry about touchin the lock-on, and my express have a stupid ^ shape on it, people would say its a groove i made, but it always makes me grind on the lock-on, and i then i brake and stop.

i cant really expain, but its that area on the plate, the up and down sides just brake, the middle is the only part u can grind... and there's this groove i accedentily made and it makes me brake

If you made a groove like that, you probably TOTALLY shredded your plates on the ledges...

You should buy new shoes and make sure if u make a groove then its a steep royale/farf groove on the side of the plate for control

I dunno whats wrong with your Express spider, but i know the Express plate is better than ANY other plate in my possession. They have lock-in and last longer than every other plate i have. (Excluding my 2 pairs of Curb Busters, even though i haven't used them too much yet)

haha, just today in the morning at 9:30, i took a bus downtown to Modells sport store and they had a Factor X Rail, and the tag was priced at $55.99, when i went to pay it, they said it was $5.18 total,haha, i didnt ask questions so i ran the hell out with and took the bus, yay now i can praactice for hand rails! imma still use the express, and in the mean time i'll look for a replacable pair, i need them because i have these grindplates just sitting in my express box with nothing to do.

Yeah, cool. What I've done to avoid my grindplates wearing out on non-replaceable plate shoes is to make sure you only grind smooth surfaces with those shoes.

Rough surfaces aren't worth grinding anyway, all they do is tear up your plates and make it harder to do tricks, plus you don't get very far.

It was probably an action packed movie. It was a movie that transformer fans and non transformer fans could relate to. It has the same guideline, but it was all real. I dunno if I want to watch it though.
