so do these UK sites have a big stock of all these older model soap shoes because no one knew about them in the UK/Europe?

Something like that. The UK Soap Shoe distributor (Shiner Extreme Sports) took literally shedloads of the shoes back in the late 90s. Demand never was quite what they expected and they've been trying to clear them ever since.

I personally had some struggles with rawk a while back, as well as my friend. He even lived in the uk, and i guess rawk still ripped him off.

I can ask him more about what happend later.
