List reasons why you would want either one of these pairs of shoes. Reason why I'm saying this about these two models is because they don't have these molds in storage, and can probably give the Tbone a chance to get on the market. So which shoe do you like more? Replies Jan 29, 2008RamenRadio Tbone, hands down. I'm not crazy about how it has half a sole plate, but these shoes are a lot better than express. The lateral plate has grooves all over the place, and has grooves on the sides great for UFOs, Royales, Farfs, and Unities. If the Tbones had a FULL SOLE PLATE, these would be PERFECT. It's probably not a big deal to add a full sole plate to the shoes. That was their intention in the first place. However, due to marketing reasons with people complaining about how afraid they were about the shoes with full sole plates not selling (load of garbage), they gave it half a sole plate instead. With a full sole plate, and a little more flexibility, these shoes would sell.
