I am pretty sure that someone has started one at some point in the game but I just started one on gamesurge.

To join the channel d/l an IRC program (Such as mIRC at www.mirc.com and you don't have to ever register/pay for it then join the server: irc.us.gamesurge.net port:6667) or you can just join straight from the gamesurge website (www.gamesurge.net/chat)

When you get in to change your name type /nick insirtnamehere and then /join #soapshoes

I only started this because it's a lot more instant than Forum and I am always on IRC. So join if you want and we'll see what we can get going.
