and finally, if you still need more speed, you need to first
1) bend over
2) rub your nose on your own gooch (here's where those yoga lessons come in)
3) shove your head up your ass
4) ask your rectal lining how to apply wax for a rail (believe me, your rectal lining will know, it's seen tonnes of waxed poles before)

note: your rectal lining will tell you to stop being a dumbass (pun not intended) and simply rub the wax onto the top of the rail, apply light force
