I'm looking for any websites that sale soap shoes and gear anything simular to sports wear too I also dont mind some tuts on grinding as im a beginner.

Your best bet's ebay. As for grinding tutorials, it's really a matter of just going out and learning your style. All I can tell you is that having 40% of your weight on your leading foor and 60% on your back foot is usually what works out for me.
