so, i might be getting my first pair of soaps (with bbk plates) , and i was wondering, do i have to but anything on what im grinding? if so, tell me what it is, and what i should put on.

like for example, i assume u need curb wax for curbs, but what if u dont use it? do u go really slow, does it wreck your shoes?

and do i need to put anything on, lets say, benches?
