Inline going mainstream?
Sep 6, 2002 by alexei soapguy writes, "Have you noticed recently that Inline skating is taking a turn in the same direction as skateboarding is? 2 new computer games are coming out "Aggressive inline" featuring Taig Khris and "Rolling" feauturing Jon Julio, At least one of these games might reach THPS status, and we might see poser kids boasting about how "awsome" that Alley-oop Soul they pulled out yesterday was "phat" when in actual fact they have no idea what Alley-oop means. There is also a new movie coming out entitled "Inline is finally getting big respect" this feautures Taig Khris and Jeremy Irons, on the subject of Taig Khris, does he remind you of a certain skateboarder.... One of the main problems however, if Inline does go mainstream, is that other variations apart from aggressive might get shunned away, such as speed skates, I think i might go out and get some aggressive skates before i get insulted for having one extra wheel, with no grind plate and 72mm Wheels" alexei adds: Any thoughts?
