Just bought my first shoes, cleans, and would like some advice on where to begin. Should I do bench or smalls rails first. One other thing, today I tried a bunch and when I jumped onto it my shoes slid forward but not me, if you know what went wrong tell me. Thanks

ive never owned soaps, and its been about a year since ive used them, but if your feet are sliding forward your center of gravity is obviously off. learn on low rails and keep your feet wider apart, that should help

Find the biggest rail in your city and try doing a unnatural backside switch unity down it.

i like his idea. make sure its like a 50 stair quadruple kink, and try to transfer from rail to rail on the way down for extra props
