Where to buy Nitros in the UK?

My brother is 7 and is looking to start soaping but he can't find any soaps in his size. Seeing as soaps order 1 size higher he will need size 1 and the only shoes I know of that do that low a size are nitros. Does anyone know where to buy them in the UK online or in shops in the UK or USA?

eBay. And US sizes are 1 higher than UK sizes, so if he wants a UK1 he'll have to get a US2
