where to get grinding plates?

I need some help geting grinding plates and getting peoples ideas on how good their grinding plates are to know wich shoes to get next.

e-mail stevedeel@sbcglobal.net he has maxwells, slo-bros, and bbks. It kinda depends on the kind of plates you have now. I personally like the slo-bros the best but thats just my opinion.
