Does anyone have any tips for doing switch ups like a cheese grater to a backside?

not really sure what you mean. You could either go into a backside cheesegrater and then just turn your front foot around....or you could to a cheesegrate, lift your back foot, and rotate 180 around the front foot. brining your backfoot infront and back onto the rail....i guess
